Hey guys whats up!!! So lately I have been wanting to do a cleanse or a “body reset” just to get myself back in order and make sure Im not craving any yucky stuff. I was down sick for a few days and suffering from a major migraine, so that’s why I have been MIA Anyway I have always had migraines BUT when I got on a health kick after getting pregnant with my first child 5 years ago I noticed I had less migraines. Lately my healthy diet has taken a back seat due to work, and stress and sure enough my migraines returned.
I found that switching back into my healthy routine was not so easy, I still had / have cravings for all the wrong stuff so I turned to Pinterest (yeah, lol where else) to find something new to try. A few things to note my goal is not to Lose 10lbs in 7 days, its really just to re-train my body and taste buds, also please do not do this without checking with your doctor 1st.
