Hey guys!! So just checkin’ in to give an update on my “Lose 10lbs in 7 days” Challenge. The video will totally explain everything that I have been going through this past day and a half, but just to give you a preview, the first day sucked! I suppose that may be normal for most, when you are making a big change you really just need to push through the 1st day and you will be fine.

Today (day 2) was far easier and actually enjoyable, so if you are thinking of starting or you are on your first day keep going!!, it gets better. Anyway enjoy the video below and if you want more info on this 7 day challenge check out this post here.

What I Ate:

DAY 1

  • 9am – 1 cup green tea / 1 peach / 1 apple
  • 11:30am – 2 peaches
  • 12:00 – 2 apples
  • 2pm – 3 cups of grapes / 1 cup green tea
  • 4pm – 2 peaches / 1 cup grapes
  • 6pm – 1 melon / 1 cup grapes / 1 peach
  • 10pm – grapes (not sure how many)

DAY 2

  • 9am – 1 baked potato / 1 cup green tea
  • 11:30am – nothing
  • 12:00 – 1 cup green tea / Cucumber Salad
  • 2pm – 3 cups of organic carrots (baby ones :) )
  • 4pm – Salad with avocado, tomatoes, carrots
  • 6pm – Salad with avocado, tomatoes, carrots
  • 10pm – 3 cups of organic carrots (baby ones :) )
